3. Our Services
We provide mortgage advisory services to individuals seeking home fi nancing solutions. Our services include mortgage eligibility assessments, application support, fi nancial advice, and ongoing mortgage management assistance.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5. No Financial Advice Guarantee
While we provide mortgage advisory services, any decisions you make based on our recommendations are at your discretion. We do not provide fi nancial, investment, or legal advice. You should seek independent fi nancial advice where necessary.
6. Fees and Charges
There may be fees associated with arranging a mortgage. These will be disclosed upfront before any advice is given. Our typical fees are:
- A non-refundable £195 application fee.
- A £300 fee payable upon mortgage offer confi rmation.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide truthful and complete information.
- Update us if your circumstances change. Use our services only for lawful purposes.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
9. Third-Party Services
We may work with third-party providers such as lenders, credit reference agencies, and insurance providers. We are not responsible for any third-party services, their terms, or their privacy practices.
10. Liability Limitation
We are not liable for:
- Any fi nancial loss resulting from decisions made based on our advice.
- Delays in mortgage processing caused by third parties. Unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., lender policy changes, market conditions, system failures).

We aim to resolve complaints within eight weeks. If you are not satisfi ed with our resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you:
- Violate these terms.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Engage in fraudulent activities.

17. Referral Program Terms and Conditions
17.1 Overview
The First Time Finance “Refer & Rise” Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows eligible participants to earn rewards by referring individuals who subsequently become clients of First Time Finance.
17.2 Eligibility
- Participants must be 18 years or older and a UK resident.
- Referrals must be submitted via the offi cial referral form or unique referral link.
- Only the fi rst person to refer to a specifi c individual will be eligible for rewards.
- Employees or agents of Salgueiro Financial Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from participating.
17.3 How Points Are Earned
- 1 Point is awarded when the referred individual books and attends a discovery call.
- +5 Points are awarded if the referral successfully becomes a client (completes a mortgage through First
- Maximum per referral: 6 Points
17.4 Rewards
Per Referral Reward:
- Referrers will receive a £100 voucher (Amazon, M&S, or John Lewis) for each referral who successfully becomes a client.
- Vouchers will be issued within 7 business days of confi rmation.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Quarterly Leaderboard Prizes:
- The referral leaderboard resets at the end of each quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31).
- The top three scorers each quarter will receive:
○ 1st Place: £300 voucher
○ 2nd Place: £150 voucher
○ 3rd Place: £100 voucher - Leaderboard prizes are awarded within 14 business days of each cycle’s end.
17.5 Referral Limits and Conduct
- There is no limit to the number of individuals a participant may refer to.
- All referrals must be genuine. Duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious referrals will be disqualifi ed at our discretion.
- First Time Finance reserves the right to audit and validate all referral claims.
It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their contact information remains up to date.
Participants will be notified via email regarding:
- Referral confirmation
- Reward eligibility
- Leaderboard position (if applicable)

● The Referral Program is open-ended and ongoing unless stated otherwise.
● Salgueiro Financial Ltd reserves the right to:
○ Cancel or amend the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
○ Change the value, nature, or delivery of rewards.
○ Withhold rewards if eligibility or conduct requirements are not met.
17.8 Governing Law
These Referral Program terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
